Princess Caroline of Monaco looked refreshed and relaxed as she enjoyed her time off before the imminent wedding of her son Andrea Casiraghi to his long-term girlfriend Tatiana Santo Domingo held on August 31st, 2013. Preparations for her son’s wedding undoubtedly took its toll on Princess Caroline so it is good to see that she is able to take some time off for herself to unwind a bit before the wedding.
Princess Caroline who is a mother of four children was seen basking in the sun as she relaxed in the picturesque and serene St. Tropez. Princess Caroline’s daughter Charlotte who is expecting a baby at the end of the year also visited St. Tropez earlier in August with her partner Gad Elmaleh, so it appears it is a popular holiday spot of the family.
Princess Caroline was all smiles as she chatted and laughed with her friends and appeared to be having a fabulous time in St. Tropez. Dressed appropriately for her beach excursion, the always stylish royal looked fashionable in her flowing white kaftan dress falling just above the knee. Princess Caroline accessorized her look with gold bangles, a long beaded necklace, a wide-brimmed straw hat and matching beach bag. She walked along the pier barefoot looking relaxed and happy.
Last summer the Princess arranged a holiday for her and her four children and their partners to the island of Corsica. This year, Princess Caroline was unable to arrange a similar trip for the family what with preparations for Andrea and Tatiana’s upcoming wedding keeping the family extremely busy. She looked extremely content on her holiday and it seems the royal has plenty to celebrate over the past few months.
Princess Caroline recently celebrated the arrival of her first grandchild when Andrea and his future wife Tatiana welcomed their son Sacha in March. Princess Caroline is most likely extremely excited about the birth of her second grandchild as her daughter Charlotte is set to give birth before the end of the year. Earlier in August, Charlotte was seen shopping for baby clothes with her French comedian boyfriend on the Italian island of Capri.
